"How about a birthday toast in a restaurant in the afternoon, just like that?" The Department for Programme Innovation have just had a meal. Probably, the attitude of characters, - the population - in each other's weird dreams, triggered businessmen and politicians to call in the foreign peace corps. Though the point of the innovation is not a given, the child's death shows an easy way out. A chain of surrealistic dreams - though the feeling is familiar. When film tells a story, does it often exaggerate or add things? If yes, why? (the authors)
