Comprehensive research on the notion of perspective and the examination of its manifestations in the arts and sciences will be realised in the form of a large-scale exhibition, filling the entire space of the Műcsarnok (Kunsthalle) Budapest, along with an international symposium. A bilingual catalogue and multimedia publication will accompany the exhibition, containing the results of our research, alongside the exhibited material, as well as the papers of the scholarly conference organised in parallel. Perspective, a series of events organised by C3 and the Műcsarnok, intends to demonstrate how that image which has defined the visual world until today, and the base of which is the discovery of perspective, was born and has developed and changed over time.
