Born in Bordeaux. He has worked as an organic chemist, sociologist and psychologist as well. He received his degree in economic science. He is a director of several cultural institutions, a. o. Director of the Center for Cultural Action in Montbéliard (1984/90), in the same city the director of the International Center of Création Video (1990). He also works as an adviser at various international festivals and professional markets on the field of electronic arts, new technologies, image and sound, and communications in artistic, pedagogic and cultural production. He is a teacher trainer for continued education at the CICV and an expert on cultural production for the European Commission. He made several performances 2009/10 in Berlin, Paris and he was co-author the film entitled 'Sugar Blues' (2010) and the stage-play 'Météore' (Théâtre de l’Etoile du Nord, Paris, 2010). (2011)
