Description:
The video seems to be a credible documentation of 48 seconds of the turn of the second millenium. According to the timer of the camera the recording starts at 23:59:37 on the 31st of December 1999, and we see vehicles going in the same direction on a highway. Then when it turns to midnight we can also see the lane of the cars going in the opposite direction, but these vehicles stop for a tenth of a second and start to move in reverse in the opposite direction. The shot ends at 00:00.14 on the 1st of January 2000.
