Description:
Movement occurs when a body changes its position in space and time. Movement is created by the contraction of muscles that surround a joint, bringing the associated bones, like a hoisting apparatus, in opposite directions, towards the centre of mass. Motion can result from muscle contraction when an antagonistic muscle decreases the flexion in proportion to speed and uniformity to whatever degree required for achieving the desired result.
