The work consists of two videos running parallel to each other. One of them shows shots of a documentary nature that the artist made in China of people walking in the streets in pyjamas night and day, which (in a very homey way) is customary there. In the other video three European girls - the artist and two of her partners - leave wearing pyjamas from a college in Shanghai to go to Bund, the heart of downtown. The entire trip was recorded: the ride on the bus, the stroll, and the arrival in Bund. The videos, taking the local peculiarities as their point of departure, playfully present a series of events. As is entirely natural in Shanghai, during the entire trip only a few passers-by notice that three white girls are walking in their pyjamas in the downtown part of the city.
