Biography:
Born in Budapest. From 1979 to 1992, he was Assistant Director at MAFILM. He began directing in 1983. From 1985 to 1987, he was member of Directory in Béla Balázs Studio (BBS). He collaborated with Gábor Bódy in making Narcissus and Psyche. Later he worked with Ferenc András, Ferenc Grunwalsky, Ferenc Kardos, Pál Sándor, Sándor Simó, Tamás Sas, as well as international directors. He was the right hand of film director Lajos Koltai in making Fatelessness. In 2004, he began working with Géza Bethlenfalvy, Professor of Tibetology and Indology. He is founder of the Oriental Film Association. His film entitled Zangla – Csoma nyoma [Zangla – Traces of Csoma] came out in 2008.
